Steps to Register:

  • Click on the “Register” button.
  • Provide personal details: Full Name, CNIC/NICOP Number, Email Address, and Mobile Number.
  • Set a secure password and confirm it.
  • Accept the terms and conditions.
  • Verify your account via email or SMS confirmation.

STEP 2: Apply for a Certificate of Compliance (COC)

After account creation, the next step is applying for a Certificate of Compliance (COC). This certificate verifies that your device meets PTA’s regulatory requirements.

How to Apply for a COC:

  • Log in to your DIRBS account.
  • Go to the “Apply for COC” section.
  • Enter your device details: IMEI Number, Brand, and Model.
  • Upload any required documents, such as purchase receipts.
  • Submit your application and wait for approval notification.

*Steps to pay via 8484#:

  • Dial *8484# on your mobile phone.
  • Select the option for “Mobile Registration” from the menu.
  • Enter your IMEI number when prompted.
  • Confirm the details of your device.
  • Follow the prompts to proceed with the payment using your preferred method (linked bank account or mobile wallet).
  • Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
